Mr. Charles Ngiela – Director. He has a Master of Guiding & Counselling obtained from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science (BEd) in Special Education Science with ICT, obtained from Kampala International University. He has over ten years of teaching and experience in the management of NGO projects and programs; has considerable knowledge and experience in deaf education, gender, poverty reduction, and environmental issues. Roles/responsibilities: Undertakes routine monitoring of project; preparation and submission of reports to donors and other stakeholders; and approval of memos, PVs, and expenditures.
